Not just physical, a successful athlete July 26, 2008 Dear Zac, I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to participate in ZeeSpeed for the last 6 years. With all of the different coaches and teams I have had, you and ZeeSpeed have been the one constant, I appreciate that. I have tried to make you proud of me and to live up to the core principals of ZeeSpeed; Drive, Determination, Dedication, and Desire. Being part of ZeeSpeed has helped me become a much better athlete, in both football and track. I doubt I would be going to college if I didn't have the opportunity to play football, and I wouldn't have been prepared mentally or physically for the demands of college football had I not gotten the training through ZeeSpeed. Over the years, I have increased my endurance, speed and agility. During the last football season, I played both sides of the ball and generally only came out of the game for special teams. Despite being on the field most of the game, I was selected to SPSL first team as a defensive lineman. Most linemen don't have the endurance to play an entire game and they certainly can't run Stadium's stairs. I never believed I could either, but I did. Working out over the summer with ZeeSpeed helped me enter each football season already in game shape which gave me a huge advantage over the other players. The benefits from participating in ZeeSpeed are not just physical. I learned that to be a successful athlete, you have to be a complete person. All the skills you learn on the field can be applied to life. I've learned a lot about myself and I've gained self-confidence because of my association with ZeeSpeed. I've learned that if I believe in myself, others will believe in me and that by not trying what may seem impossible, I am setting limits for myself. I have done things with ZeeSpeed that I never believed I was capable of (like running Stadium's stairs) or necessarily wanted to do (like running at all) even though I knew I needed to be in shape. Training with ZeeSpeed isn't like working out; we joke around, we hang out, we push ourselves, we do different activities and I feel good about myself and what I've accomplished when it's over. Thank you, Zac, for your support and guidance. I appreciate all that you have done for me and my brothers. Sincerely, Kasey Lott University of Montana Western
